  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Baking soda 1tsp

Directions

  • Take a potatoes peeled and dip in water washed.
  • Take a food processor pour potatoes and cut in chips shape.
  • After cut dip in water.
  • Take a vessel add water salt,baking soda and add potato chips boil in 2 minutes drain water and dry in kitchen towel .
  • After dry take a polythene spread aloo chips dry in sunlight for 2 or 3 days.
  • After dry store in box.
